Our Story
Our story began with a simple yet bold idea—bringing the unique taste of Cuban pizza to the streets of Las Vegas. Vincent Valenzuela, a proud native of Cuba, launched Mongo’s Pizza as a humble food truck, serving delicious pizzas, tasty spaghetti, rich milkshakes, and other beloved Cuban foods.
Word spread fast, and our food truck became a local sensation
Due to overwhelming demand, we decided to take the next step — a permanent restaurant where fans of Cuban pizza can enjoy our signature dishes anytime.
